I am a full-time professional coach dedicated to improving the performances of my athletes, employing a style that adapts to athletes needs while creating an environment that empowers them to learn.

Over 20 years of my coaching experience combined with 25 years of my competitive athletic career has given me unique insight into the world of endurance sports.
I am proud of personal investment made in each one of the athletes I have worked with. I see potential in athletes and I also see the path. Then I guide - in whatever way speaks best to the athlete, helping them not just to realize their athletic potential, but to live a better life.

I genuinely care about my athletes' health and their well-being but make no mistake, I do hold them to a higher standard, push their athletic boundaries, and test their performance limits.
I share great enthusiasm and energy with athletes and I am extremely proud that in my small way I could help make some of their athletic dreams become reality.

tests/zones

COACHSAVIC employs a six training zones system. Training zones refer to the intensity at which you are training at....

The idea behind having specific training zones is you can control and measure how hard you are training, thus giving you the ability to target specific improvements in your form.

After you perform the tests, your zones will be set according to your fitness level. These tests will be periodically repeated so that we can monitor the progress and keep the zones up to date.

The best feedback is the combination of objective parameters from uploaded workout files (speed, time, watts, cadence,...

heart rate, etc...) and subjective comments, that is how you felt before, during and after the workout. Once all this is in TP it allows me to create the most appropriate training plan for you.

advantages of written communication but voice call has it's good sides as well. Apart from TP comments and uploaded workout files, email is a preferred way of communicating. You can expect positive reinforcement, genuine interest, and availability.
